In North Korea, men wearing Mao suits and dress shoes play basketball. Most of them couldn't buy sneakers or other sports wear. I don't know if it is because they couldn't afford it, or they are not allowed to wear it. But all of them were happy just to play the basketball... which is one of the few entertainment options available in north Korea.
